Joy Delivers to customers Australia wide with a $10 postage fee for purchases under $100 and free delivery for orders over $110. We reserve the right to amend our price at any time.
Delivery to customers is made using Joy’s chosen delivery service. We will inform you should any delays in shipping occur.
Certain delivery parcels may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. If delivery cannot be made, the driver will leave a card at the address for you to arrange another deliver or pickup at an Australia Post office. Re delivery may result in an extra charge from Australia Post.
Customers are responsible for all return postage for change of mind returns and exchanges. If a garment is faulty, postage costs will be refunded to the value of $10.
To return via post, simply return the garment along with original invoice and send to the returns address listed below within 21 days of purchase. Please write the issue with the garments on the original invoice.
Return parcels should be securely packaged with both senders and Joy's return address clearly displayed. Any damage in transit is the responsibility of the sender. We will notify you via email when you return has been processed and your account credited.
